So let's recap for a moment. What we've talked about this week is how do

you re-design an entire school from the ground up? And if you're going to do this, you got to go after the sacred cows. So we said, look at all the assumptions we make, and figure out whether those assumptions still hold.让我们回顾一下,我们本周说的就是如何彻头彻尾地建立一所新的学校,看看我们所有的假设,并看清楚我们的这些假设。

Could you change the schedule, could you change the calendar? Can we change how we use adults? And once we were done looking at the assumptions, we saw how our schools are actually doing very different models, that are changing some of these assumptions.

Then we transition to, how do you afford this? What's the budget implications, and how do you try and make this change sustainable within

You cannot just wave a magic wand and turn your schools and your districts into blended learning. You really have to nurture the people through the process, and deeply involve them so that they're vested in what you're doing.你不能仅仅指挥把你的学校转变为混合式学习,要在过程中培养人才。

>> Now, as we turn to next week, we'll actually start to turn, for the first time, really, to those technology decisions that you make. >> Hi everybody. So I think we have a really interesting assignment for you this, for you this week, in which you're going to be able to play with a budget. Now, we're going to give everybody a classroom level budget Just as set level set.我想我们现在有一个真正有趣的安排,那就是安排好预算我们要给大家一个课堂教学水平的预算一样设置水平集

 We also have a school level budget. So, if you're a school leader or if your just interested in that type of work you'll be able to play around with that too. But, this week's assignment is based on the teacher-classroom level budget.我们也有学校预算,如果你说一个优秀的学校领导或者你对此感兴趣,这周的任务是基于教师课堂教学水平的预算

So, what you're going to have to do, is your going to have to go to the assignments' page, and on that your going to click a link and

download a template.你现在所需要做的就是去做分配的工作或者点击相应的链接On that template, you just need to follow the four steps, in thinking about how you would budget for a high-quality blended learning experience in a single classroom. You're going to be asked prompts, and you're going to put in numbers, into the yellow highlighted cells of the, of the template.在那个模板上,你需要做以下四步:1. 考虑建立一个高质量的混合式学习的课堂的预算。你会被提示把数字加入到醒目的位置。

After you do that, it's automatically going to calculate how much this is going to cost you up front and what the ongoing cost and or savings might be based on your model. After you complete that, you're going to

go to the quiz section and take a quiz based on those numbers.

So, two more things that you should be thinking about this week.Number one, remember 10% of your grade is based on your discussion board

participation. There's been a lot of amazing discussions on the discussion
