                   Introduction(引言)

>> So we've reached the last week of the course and it's been quite a ride. 我们已经进入最后一周的学习了。This week we have two primary objectives. 在本周的学习中，我们主要有两个目标。The first is to go over and review all the material that we've introduced in, in this course. And the second is to just give you a framework to think about how you would launch this in your own classroom, or even to create a hypothetical pilot.第一个目标是复习这个课程中我们提到的所有的材料。第二个目标就是我们会为你提供一个框架，想想你如何在你的教室中启动混合式学习，甚至你可以创建一个假想的试点。

>> Let's think back to what we've covered so far in this course. 让我们想想到目前为止我们在本课程中已经涉及到的知识。In week one we define blended learning as a physical school that has a healthy dose of online learning, and that students have some control over the path and pace of their learning. >> Then we thought about what is high quality blended learning. And we talked about it having to have four major elements. The first is personalization. The second was that is was mastery-based. We then talked about the actual models appointed learning. And we reviewed four in particular. >> It's exactly right. 这是完全正确的。And in week three we also talked and heard from teachers about what are the moves that they use to be successful in a blended learning environment. 在第三周我们讨论并倾听了老师们谈论他们在混合式学习环境下使用的成功的举措。Things like, how do they start a class? 比如，他们是如何开始上课的？Get whole class attention, when students make be working on computers. 让全体学生注意力集中当他们在使用电脑学习时。 Manage transitions. >> With the student experience, the teacher experience and then the models of blended learning in mind. We turned our attention to re-designing entire schools, and thinking about how we question assumptions on things like the school calendar, use of time, daily schedule, uniform class sizes. >> And of course you haven't just listened passively through all of this. 当然，你并不是消极地听这些。You have actually been having robust conversations online about these ideas, and you have been doing the assignments all along where you have actually been taking the steps to implementing high quality blended learning. 你已经在网上进行了充分的在线交流，你也一直在为实现高质量的混合式学习而做作业、采取措施。Just think about it. >> There may be somethings that these protagonist schools that we've looked at are doing in their own settings that don't apply yet in your own settings. Or you're just too early in the process for them to totally make sense in that context. 可能我们看到这些参与学校正在做的设置还不适合你，或者你还需要一个过程和环境。But what Bryan and I hope, is that you use these protagonist schools really as an inspiration to try out these ideas in your own settings and context.但是布莱恩和我希望，你可以利用这些参与学校对你的启示去尝试适合自己设置和环境的混合式学习。

>> And remember, there will be failures. You cannot do things that are this complicated and new, without having successes and failures both. And all of our protagonist schools have had lots of things that haven't worked well.但是请记住，这个过程中一定会有失败。你不可能在没有成功或失败的前提下去做如何复杂和全新的事情。我们所有的参与学校至今还有很多方面还没有做好。 The different is they were really committed to the process, and when something didn't work they went after it.
