School education is the most important stage of one’s life. It is a preparation for his future life—how to live better, how to behave well, how to learn and how to create. All of them can be learnt through various educational activities. And teaching is the most important activity of education.

Teaching activities are arranged and carried out properly in accordance with the age of children. Generally speaking, different teaching programs are arranged for students in different grades. But Chinese, mathematics, arts, physical education must be taught in all primary and middle schools. English and computer science are very important, too. More courses are taught in middle schools than in primary schools. Each course has its own educational aim, as Francis Bacon says, “History makes men wise; poem witty; mathematics subtle; natural philosophy deep; moral grave; logic and rhetoric able to contend.”
