单元：Unit 7 The mountain bike race
教材分析：本单元是以Charlie邀请Matt参加社区自行车越野赛为背景，描述他们参加此次比赛的过程。本单元复现了一般现在时、现在进行时等时态，同时，学生在学习关于自行车的话题词汇（brakes, tire, helmet, seat, pump, handlebars, pedal等）的基础上，谈论某些体育运动的规则和要求以及注意事项。本单元呈现的语言现象主要是祈使句和副词的用法，特别是对副词的用法进行了整理、归纳和学习；此外，在语音方面，本单元呈现了祈使句中的重读现象，让学生体会语气的轻重变化。通过对本单元的学习，学生在了解自行车越野赛这项运动的注意事项的同时，培养他们参与体育运动、锻炼身体的习惯，培养学生的安全意识，学会在运动中保护自己。
学情分析：
学生有过祈使句的学习经历，理解上较为容易，本单元的句型更加丰富，学生通过本单元的学习能够掌握更多的句子。另外本单元的自行车部位单词学生接触不多，掌握起来可能较为困难。
对应课程目标：
1. 能正确认读所学的单词和短语
2. 能正确朗读所学的课文和故事；
3. 能借助图片读懂故事或短文，讲故事，养成阅读的习惯。
4. 能正确地使用大小写字母和常用标点，正确书写句子；
5. 能够了解简单的拼读规律，注意连读、节奏、停顿、语调等；
6. 能够理解使用祈使句；
学期课程目标：
学生通过本学期的学习，能够熟练使用will引导的将来时，能够了解运用祈使句，理解反义疑问句的用法，并能够运用本册书的词汇、句型、语法等知识讨论规则、活动建议、自己的想法等话题。
单元学习目标：
1. 语音：了解祈使句中的重音在句子的开头。
2. 词汇： 能够正确地理解并运用本单元学习和核心词汇；能够流利地在情境中理解本
单元的情景词汇。
3. 句型：You must wear a helmet./ We must not be late. /She has to fill in the form./ He
mustn’t play with fire.
4. 语法：形容词变副词的规则变化和不规则变化。
5．通过本单元的学习，学生能够运用祈使语气提出要求，简单说明注意事项等。
6．能够在表达中有意识地使用副词，运用恰当。
7．通过本单元课文和短文的学习，学生能够进一步了解某些体育活动的规则和要求。
8．通过本单元的故事内容，了解自行车越野赛这项运动的注意事项的同时，培养他们参与体育运动、锻炼身体的习惯，培养学生的安全意识，学会在运动中保护自己。

Have a good mountain bike. Mail the entry form before Wednesday. Wear the helmet, knee and elbow pads. Check the tire before you ride. Never ride with a flat tire. All competitors must read the signs. Use your brakes. Stay on the track.. Don’t ride too close to the other bikes. Watch out for the puddles.
