How to Keep Healthy and Strong ?

 

  How to keep healthy and strong ? Maybe some people are too fat or too thin . They are not that healthy. So today , I want to tell you how important the healthy is and how to keep healthy and strong .

 

  First , you need to eat more vegetables and fruit . Thats a kind of healthy food . Also , you can eat the tofu , milk , or the soybean milk . Why? Because those one have the protein . Also please eat the carrot and tomatoes, the carrot and tomatoes have the vitamin . That can make your body strong .

 

  Second , exercises everyday . Exercises can make your body stronger and stronger . Exercise can divided into so many groups . Scuba diving , swimming , water skiing . They can divided into a group . They are called water sports . And another kind of sports is on the ground . Like running , playing soccer . Exercises can relax your body .

 

  Third , you need to have the good living habits . A good habit can make you strong and healthy . If you dont believe . I can give you an example . If someone go to bed early and also get up early , he will have enough energy to study and exercise . Or you will be tired and sleepy .

 

  Fourth , you must work hard . You can help your parents doing the housework . And you can write some papers . It can make you smarter and smarter . And you must try your best to work hard . Your parents will proud of you .

 

  Fifth, keep a happy mood . That is really important to us . If we have a happy mood , we will stay interested in what we are doing . We will eat happily ,work happily , learn happily . And maybe we will learn more things . We will learn more things and more quickly than usual . In my opinion , if i have a happy mood , i will eat more food . I will do more friendly to my friends .

 

  So you can see that healthy and strong is so important . If you do these things , i bet you will have a healthy body . Try it !
