How to Be Strong and Healthy
Everyone wants to be strong and healthy,how
can we be strong and health?
First always eat good food,it’s
good for you. And don’t eat too much sweet food and
fried food.
That’s
bad for your body.
Second do more exercises every day. It can
make you strong and healthy. For
example: ride a bike, play ping-pong and play tennis.
Third you need good living habits. For
example: always eat breakfast, get up early go to bed early and brush your teeth. they can make your body strong and healthy.
Forth work hard everyday. You’d better go to school
on time. You should do the housework at home.And you keep a happty mood every day.
These can make your body strong and healthy . At last good health to you !
