                                      How to keep strong and healthy ?
   Hello everybody! My name is David, and I am a Student. I’m very healthy and strength .I have a few tricks. I can tell you
   First, eat breakfast every day, often eat some good food, such as: vegetables, fruits, meat, But don't eat bad food, such as hamburgers, French fries, ice cream.
   Second have a good habit for example: brush teeth every day, wash face, go to bed early and get up early.
   Third do sports, such as cycling, running, walking, playing football, playing basketball, playing table tennis and swimming.
    At last I wish you have a good health.
