              How to Keep Strong and Healthy ?

  Hello,everybody!My name is Yoyo.  Im a student and Im twelve years old. I’m a strong and healthy girl. Today I will teach youHow to keep strong and healthy .

  First,you must have good living habits. You must go to bed early and get up early. You must always have breakfast. You need brush your teeth two times a day.

  Second,you must eat good food. such as fruits and vegetables. Dont eat fried foods and dessert.  

  Third,you need do enough exercises every day. For example running,swimming and walking.

  Fourth,you need keep a happy mood.happy mood is very important for our body.

  If you can do the advice,you will be strong and health.
