How to Keep Healthy and Strong?
Everyone wants to be healthy and strong,and health is very important in our life.Do you know how to keep healthy and strong?Let me give you some advice.
First,always eat good food,such as fruit,vegetables and fish.They’re good for our body.”An apple a day,keeps the doctor away”.Don't eat too much sweet food and fried food,they’re bad for our health.
Second,have good living habits.For example:always have breakfast in the morning,brush your teeth twice a day,go to bed early,go to bed early,they are all good living habits.They are good for you.
Third,do more exercise.Exercise is good for our health.It can make our body strong and healthy.
Forth,work hard.You should work hard at school,you must do your homework and listen carefully in the class.You should work hard at home,too.You must help your mother and father with the housework and help with the cooking.
Keep health is very important,if you follow these,you will be healthy and strong!
