Good Health to You!Everyone wants to be strong and healthy,so do I.But there are many problem about it.Let’s find them and fix it.
First,eat fresh food.Someone is fat or weak.They often get sick.So that we need to eat good food.A good food must be made of Vitamins,energy,and a little protein.This make our body very strong than we don’t get sick.Fruit and vegetables are also good chose.If you’re reducing weight .Eat tomatoes,that’s the best way.
Second,a good living habits is also very important.A good living habit can give us the lawest life.For example,get up early and go to bed early.That’s can save more energy to spend on study.
Third,you should do exercise everyday.It’s the most important. It’s the most direct way to get strong.Exercise is very easy.For example,go for a walk,swimming,running.It’s very easy,and you will be very strong if you keep it.
Fourth,we must work hard.If it’s time for study,then try your best to get more score.You can enjoy the time when you play.Don’t despise it,a good health need a happy mood.
