How to keep strong and healthy ?
Hello everybody! My name is Ada, and I am student. I’m fat but I’m very strong and healthy. Do you want to be strong and healthy? Let me tell you how to keep strong and healthy!
First, do enough exercises every day. Do enough exercise every day, Such as swimming, running, playing football, playing basketball, playing volleyball and so on.
Second, Please always eat good food. It's important for you. Especially vegetables and fruits, less Fried foods .
Third,get into the habit of brushing your teeth and eating breakfast every morning. In the evening, get into the habit of washing your hands first and eating.
Finally, hope that everyone will form good habits and health.
