How to Keep Healthy and Strong ?
Hello,Everyone!My name is Bob,I am student.Today I am going to show you how to be healthy and strong.
Everyone want to be healthy and strong? First,always eat good food.Why do we eat good food? Because eat good food can make our body healthy,It is very very important.do not eat too much sweet food .you eat,you will be fat.
Second, have a good living habits. No good habits,and no good body.we must have good habits. Such as brush teeth and wash face……
Third,do enough exercise,do exercise can make your body strong.You can swimming,running,jumping……take exercise an hour every day ,healthy life for a lifetime.
Fourth,you should work hard every day.At home,you have to clean the house.At school ,you do your homework.At sports,you going to do exercise.
At last,You have to be happy every day.if you do not have fun,it is does not work.So we need to be happy every day , do what you want to do.Then you will be strong and healthy.
These can make us strong and healthy,and we should do it.
