Good Healthy to You!
Everyone wants to be healthy and strong .But how can we keep healthy and strong? I have some good idea.
Frist, always eat good food. Such as vegetables fruits noodles rice. They are good for your body and also your teeth.don’t eat too much sweet food or fast food.They are not good for your body and also your teeth.
Second ,do more exercise and sports. For example running swimming rideing bikes. It can make you stronger and stronger.
Third, have good living habits.For example get up early and go to bed early, alway have eat breakfast,alway brush you teeth.
Fourth, work hard and study hard.This will allow you to become smart and healthy.
Last have a happy mood is also very Important, no good mood, with the first, second, third and fourth will not really healthy.
