                       How too keep health and strong
   Hello!My name is Mary.I am a primary student.I am a healthy and strong girl. Now I will tell you how to keep healthy and strong.
   First, eat more good food. Such us: vegetables、fruits. They can help us health and strong.and do not eat bad food and sweet food.these can make you fatter and fatter.
   Second do more exercises.for example:running、playing football······ these can make you body healthy and strong.
  Third, make a happy mood.why? Beacuse these can make you work happy······these can make you everyday happy.
