                                       How to Keep Strong and Healthy ?
    Hello ! My name is Mandy . I am a student . I am very strong and healthy . Do you want to be strong and health ? Let me tell you how to keep strong and healthy !

  First . You can eat good food every day . It ’s good for your body .I often have good food .Such an vegetables , fish , and fruit . But don’t eat too much sweet food or fried food. . That is bad for you .

  And second . You can do enough exercises every day. It can make you very strong. You can riding a bike , walking and running .

  Third , for healthy body , you need good living habits. For example, you should go to bed early and get up early . And you don’t watch too much TV at night . It ’s bad for you .

  At last, you should work hard and keep a happy mood everyday. You should go to school on time and do housework at home . These can make you strong and healthy. You must always brush teeth in the morning and before you go to bed .

  If you do these things , you will be a healthy person ! You can try it !
