How to Keep Healthy And Strong
Hello! my name is XiaoBoyan, do you want to be healthy and strong? today, I am going to tell you how to be healthy and strong .
First, you should eat more good food, such as :vegetable fish, fruit……That’s good for you, it can make you healthy and strong ,an apple a day, keep the doctor away. And don’t eat too much candy and fast food,that’s bad for your teeth and health.
Second, do more exercise, is good for your body, you should do an hour exercise for a day .And exercise make your body very strong, so let’s do more exercise!
Third, you need good living habits, For example you should brush your teeth after breakfast and you should go to bed early and get up early.
These can make you strong and healthy.
