My Unforgettable Trip

This summer holiday, I went to Shanxi with my family. Shanxi is far from my hometown, so we took a train there. On the way, I saw beautiful landscapes. That made me feel relaxed. We stayed in a wooden house in the countryside. Everything there was new to me.

In the forest, the air was fresh and clean. Birds were singing happily. The river was so clear that I could see fish swimming in it. We crossed the river and went hiking. On the way to hiking , I found a bunch of little purple flowers by the road. They looked so pretty. Mom took out her phone and took a photo of me with the flowers. Dad even picked one small flower and put it in my hair. When we got to the top of the mountain, the scenery was really fantastic! Standing there, I felt so proud. The wind blew on my face, and I seemed to forget all the tiredness.

I learned a lot from this trip. I will never forget this wonderful trip. It will always be in my heart.
