A Kind of Meaningful Food—Tomato and Egg Noodles

  When it comes to my favorite food, I always think of tomato and egg noodles. There are so many warm memories tied to this dish, so today I’ll tell you about it and how to make it.
When I was a little boy, I didn’t even know what noodles were. Once, I tried a dish that was soft, and its soup tasted both sour and sweet, with a hint of saltiness. After that, my dad told me its name — and I’ve remembered it ever since.
  Now I’d like to share the steps to make it. First, prepare four tomatoes, three eggs, and some noodles. Next, chop the tomatoes and scramble the eggs (then transfer the cooked eggs to a bowl). Then, beat the eggs thoroughly (wait, no — let’s fix the order: actually, first scramble the eggs, set them aside; then stir-fry the chopped tomatoes until juicy; add the eggs back in and mix them together. Meanwhile, boil the noodles in water. Finally, pour the tomato-egg mixture over the cooked noodles.
  Tomato and egg noodles aren’t just a dish to me — they’re a symbol of my dad’s love. That’s all.
