Among all dishes, my favorite is egg fried rice. It reminds me of my mother, and it’s extremely popular in China—many people are fond of it. What’s more, it’s easy to make. Let me show you the steps.
First, prepare the ingredients: eggs, diced carrots, chopped onions, cooked rice, salt, white pepper, and any vegetables you love. Then, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Heat some oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir quickly to scramble them until they’re softly set. Take them out and set them aside. Next, add a little more oil to the same pan. Put in the carrot dice and onion pieces, and stir-fry for about one minute until they’re slightly fragrant. Add the cooked rice, break up any clumps with a spatula, and stir thoroughly to mix.After that, put the eggs back into the pan, along with your favorite vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine evenly.
Finally, add salt and white pepper to taste. Give it one last stir, and your delicious egg fried rice is ready to serve!
