Among all delicious dishes, I like the fried rice with eggs best. I learnt to make it from my mother. So I can cook for myself when my parents aren't at home. And I can also share my love with my family by it. What surprises me most is that the fried rice with eggs is quite tasty. It makes me think of my mum and I will never forget the familiar smell. Now I would like to share you how to make this simple dish.
First of all,think about what you should do with the ingredients. Usually, you need some rice, two eggs, three spoons of oil, two spoons of ham cubes, some green onion, salt and soy sauce.
Secondly, mix the eggs in a bowl and cut green onions into small pieces.
Then, you can heat some oil in a pan and pour the beaten eggs into it, stir-fry for a while. And take the cooked eggs out of the pan.
Next add another some oil to the pan, and then the rice.After they are well fried, put the ham cubes, eggs and mix them up. Don't forget to add some salt and soy sauce.
Finally stir the mixture and remove the pan from the fire. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on top. Finally pour them into a bowl. The fried rice with eggs is ready to eat. I can't wait to taste.
That's my favorite dish. It's more than just a dish , actually it's taste  of love and home. Cooking the fried rice with eggs is quite easy and let's start with your first try. You will fall in love with its delicious taste and feel proud of yourself.
