Hello, everyone! Today I want to share my eating habits with you. I have some good eating habits, but I also have some bad ones.
I have some good eating habits. I seldom eat fast food because I think it is bad for my health. Fast food usually has too much salt, fat and sugar. If we eat it too often, we may become overweight and have heart problems. I don’t like eating too many sweet things either. Some chocolates are not only very sweet but also full of sugar. Eating too many sweets can easily cause tooth problems. So why not eat some fruit instead? After all, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
However, I also have some bad eating habits. I don’t drink enough water every day because I often forget to do it. It’s really bad for my body. Our body needs plenty of water. If we don’t drink enough, we may have many health problems. So I should drink more water in the future.
