My Eating Habits
Hello, everyone. My name is Sarah. I’m glad to share my eating habits with you.
I like eating sweet things because they’re delicious. But they’re not good for me. They usually have lots of sugar and are bad for our teeth. Eating three meals a day is important, but sometimes I don’t eat breakfast because I’m too busy.
I often have rice, beef and cabbage for lunch, and I usually have some fruit after meals. I think it’s healthy. Apples are my favourite fruit, and I often eat them. After all, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
Remember: Healthy eating is important for a healthy body and mind. I think everyone should have good eating habits.
